Analytical Capabilities

Cerilliant operates a state of the art quality control laboratory to support its catalog and custom product offering as well as custom certifications for clients. QC operations are independent of production and serve an important role in Cerilliant's quality program. It is the function of the QC lab to test and fully characterize neat materials (including identity, purity, residual solvent, water and inorganic content) prior to release for use in Cerilliant products; test finished products for homogeneity, purity, and concentration; develop testing methods; determine appropriate test plans for each compound; and set expiration or retest dates for products.

The laboratory is well equipped with a wide range of high quality analytical instruments, many of which have been added in the past few years. Instruments are qualified and calibrated according to ISO and GMP guidelines. In addition to the capabilities served in-house, Cerilliant has qualified outsource partnerships with a few select vendors. All test data (including data generated by outsource partners) is reviewed and interpreted by Cerilliant's highly trained technical staff and, independently, by the quality assurance department.
