The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) developed a product line of Traceable Opioid Material* Kits to support laboratory detection of emerging opioids in the US. The following kits are available from the Cerilliant portfolio of MilliporeSigma.

The Opioid CRM Kit expands quantitative testing capabilities for laboratories monitoring opioid exposure levels. The kit contains 22 compounds commonly reported in the Drug Enforcement Administration's Emerging Threat Reports. Each compound is accompanied by it's carbon-13, nitrogen-15 labeled internal standard.

The OPM Kit will expand laboratories' ability to detect and measure the accompanying drugs or related substances most commonly found in fentanyl and synthetic opioid cases by providing certified reference materials for 22 compounds along with their deuterium labeled internal standards.

Note These kits are reference materials and do not eliminate the need to meet analytical method requirements of other federal agencies. TOM Kits* are NOT for Diagnostic Use.
